I am devastated to see the cost(and absence of any economic incentive) of recycling plastic bags and by extension, plastic wrap and plastic from dry cleaners and the plastic that wraps packages of paper towels. Plastic film is everywhere and reusable bags for shopping can only touch the surface of this immense problem.

I think we should not use plastic bags , we should use reuse bags instead of it .
